A certificate of authenticity is provided with the puzzle.

Some puzzles will be signed and numbered by hand. 
Other artists already have a signature on their artwork but they will all be signed and numbered by hand on the box.

Yes, we will only be able to issue refunds for unopened boxes. Return costs are your responsibility.
Once the package has been received by us, we will refund the initial price of the puzzle or exchange it with another model still available.
